On our six acres outside the village of Garden Bay, city dogs can
enjoy a perfect country experience in our large off-leash area.
We're bordered by rock bluffs, a swimming pond, and miles and miles of forest, so your dogs will have plenty of room to burn off excess energy.
Silas, our Canine Concierge, will be more than happy to greet his
dog guests and join them in a “welcome romp” to stretch out the travel kinks.
In your own private cottage, where you will see no one and no one will see you, you can hear the whoosh of birds' wings overhead — that's how quiet it is! (Except in the spring months, when we fall asleep to the sounds of a tree-frog chorus every night.)
Put your schedules and timepieces away and soak up the clean, calm atmosphere of this tranquil setting.
You'll join us in the main house each morning for a delightful breakfast prepared with the freshest of ingredients and served with style.
We've had a number of requests for the recipes of our guests' favourite breakfasts. We're happy to oblige - look here for the all-time winner, and check back regularly, as we'll add more as we go along.
Bluff Hollow is surrounded by pristine freshwater lakes, marine inlets, and an extensive network of hiking and biking trails. You'll never run out of things to do, but you may just want to sit back and do nothing — it's all up to you.
Note: For an enjoyable experience for all, we require that all visiting dogs be well socialized.
